We employ a diverse staff of IT professionals versed in many areas. We are very customer service focused and very energetic. Our retention rate tells the story with near 100% contracted customer retention. How about we start with an initial assessment on your IT challenges?

Business Requirements Meeting

Let’s get started with a meeting to take an initial assessment of how our IT services can meet your challenges and desired goals. Our intention is to simply assess your current status and outline preliminary options to help you achieve your IT goals and vision.

  • Let’s meet and assess where you are today. What are your challenges and pain points? Is it a vendor challenge or process challenges or have you grown beyond the current framework?
  • We review your goals and vision for an IT strategy in the business requirements meeting. What type of solutions will help you achieve your goals and vision for success?
  • Downtime tolerance in each section of your business is reviewed as a business requirement. Is your tolerance to never experience downtime or is there a certain downtime threshold?
  • Current infrastructure is reviewed. What equipment is past end of life and should be replaced? If we consider a cloud solution, how does this impact ongoing infrastructure investments?

Service Proposal Presentation

After our business requirements meeting, we assemble a proposal for service. The proposal may have several options to be reviewed. We schedule this meeting to review the proposal, discuss the options, and answer questions. Our intention is to give a road map to achieving your IT strategy vision.

  • Proposals will cover an onsite managed IT services framework or a cloud services framework. Many times, we will propose both with pros and cons along with associated cost.
  • Additional services such as backup systems, antivirus, remote monitoring, Office 365, managed firewalls, and VOIP phone systems are also presented in conjunction with the services proposal.
  • We are flexible to review options. We are here to discuss our proposed strategy in easy to understand terminology. We may even refine sections of the proposal to find the right fit.
  • We also use this time to establish a relationship. Your IT vendor is one of your most trusted vendors and we must start to build this trust to be successful in executing your strategy.

Implementation

Upon approval, we commence with the implementation of our IT services agreement. We will establish timelines, milestones, and conversion points. When equipment is included, we establish lead times for installation and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

  • Implementations may involve data migration especially if we are moving to/or from a cloud environment. Timing for data migrations is outlined carefully to avoid loss or downtime.
  • Exiting IT vendor precautions are discussed. If it is an unpleasant sever from an existing vendor, we account for this risk factor in the timing for notification to the existing vendor.
  • Training steps are outlined and executed. It is imperative in a major infrastructure change to ensure staff is aware of how the system is changing and how to access it after the conversion.
  • Documentation is integral to our implementation and conversion process as it positions our team to provide effective IT support during the conversion and after finalized.

Follow Up

After completion of the implementation, we schedule a time for follow up. Depending on your preference, this may be in person, by phone, or by email. We want to ensure no steps were missed and that you are completely satisfied with the conversion process.

  • Follow up meetings confirm that we are on track toward your original IT vision and answer any questions or concerns regarding the conversion process.
  • Downtime tolerance is reviewed with an assessment on how we addressed your tolerance level and what proactive steps have been implemented to avoid unscheduled downtime.
  • Punch down items are identified and reviewed with an action plan to finalize any follow up steps to close out the implementation and conversion process.
  • Certain implementations will defer projects to a phase 2 after conversion. In these cases, we review open phase 2 project items and establish timelines and expectations for completion.

IT Success

Our end result is a successful IT implementation and conversion. Our process started with a vision and set of goals for your IT strategy. Upon completion, we are realizing your goals and aligning your IT strategy with your company’s support needs to enable success in your business environment.

  • Support is transitioned to an awesome team ready to service your needs and provide your staff with timely answers to questions and challenges.
  • Downtime tolerances are realized through a proactive approach to infrastructure and process ensuring your IT systems are online and available to support business operations.
  • Backup strategies are successful each and every day providing a stable environment with minimized risk for data loss and maximum business efficiency.
  • Communication channels are open with an IT vendor who is ready to talk and ready to help with your technical questions and challenges.
