James Wroten

President & CEO

James Wroten is the founder of our company and leads our organization on a daily basis. James started in 1999 as a one person operation providing software services for energy marketing and scheduling companies. James has steered our organization into the IT services team we are today. James brings a depth of knowledge of IT support for our customers and a friendly approach to resolving challenges.

James enjoys the Need Computer Help culture, rich in diverse technical skill sets that blend together to offer our customers unparalleled IT support. James has a passion for growth and success. This passion has fueled our expansion from a one man operation to a multi-state cloud services and managed IT services provider.

Outside of work, James is a devoted husband and parent. James and Stacy have 3 wonderful children. James has been a boy scout leader for many years and he is actively involved with Salem Lutheran Church. In his spare time, James enjoys driving his 60’s era Dodge muscle car and working on projects at his home.

Daryl Pratho

Vice President Of Operations

Daryl Pratho joined our company in 2007 and he manages our daily operations in both the managed IT services business and cloud services business. Daryl has been instrumental in steering our cloud services business from the original data center model to today’s multi facility cloud services powerhouse.

Daryl has a meticulous attention to detail. This provides the basis for our timely execution and high standards. Daryl strives to provide outstanding service with an ability to explain technical challenges in non-technical terms that our customers understand. Daryl is avid about our family first culture. We all know that we can balance caring for our families and complete our job responsibilities in tandem.

Outside of work, Daryl is a devoted husband and parent. Daryl and Cara have 3 wonderful children. Daryl is an Eagle Scout and he enjoys sharing his love of the outdoors with his 3 children. In his spare time, Daryl enjoys playing trumpet in The Woodlands concert band and honoring his musical abilities and skills.

Jason Anderson

Director Of Technical Services

Jason Anderson joined our company in 2012 and he leads the technical services division of our business both in cloud services and managed IT services. Jason has been the center point in much of the design of our cloud services operation and in executing our more complex customer implementations.

Jason has an extreme passion for growth, expansion, and end results. It shows in his unwavering pursuit of high functioning custom solutions for many of our customers. He is routinely involved in our more complex technical challenges. He brings a constant push for quality and refinement into our services.

Outside of work, Jason is a devoted husband. Jason and Kate run a small farm with chickens and horses. His passion for challenge continues at home with design and construction on house and farm projects. In his spare time, Jason spends time at a local craft brewery and runs a Meetup group for young individuals.

Jarred Parker

Business Development Manager

Jarred Parker started Network Management Solutions in 2006 which merged with Need Computer Help in 2016. Jarred has been instrumental in growing our local and state government business as well as directing many of our strategic vendor partnerships and managed services product offerings.

Jarred enjoys how everyone at Need Computer Help comes together to solve different problems that our customers face every day. He appreciates how we rely on each other’s strengths in different areas to care for clients efficiently. He likes how we all work hard together and enjoy getting together outside of work hours to have a good time and unwind a bit.

Outside of work, Jarred is a devoted husband and father. Jarred and Melinda have 3 wonderful children. Jarred is an avid outdoorsman and he can be found on a lake or nice country pond fishing with his kids. This was always his favorite place growing up as it meant he was spending time with his dad.

Mike Norris

Field Technician

Mike Norris joined Need Computer Help in 2009. Mike is one of our field technicians and services customers primarily in West Houston, Southwest Houston, and Downtown Houston. Mike has been instrumental in managing our ESET antivirus implementation and our Automate remote monitoring system.

Mike enjoys the level of commitment our company has to our customers. He appreciates how our team always makes the extra effort to care for customers. Mike truly understands that a happy and satisfied customer will spread the word about our company and send more business our way.

Outside of work, Mike is a devoted husband and father. Mike and Cecilia have 2 wonderful children and he is involved in boy scouts. Mike is an avid bowler and he claims he has bowled longer than we have had automatic pin setters.

Nick Williams

Field Technician

Nick Williams joined Need Computer Help in 2012. Nick is one of our field technicians and services customers primarily in The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, and Conroe. Nick has been a focal point in maintaining our excellent customer service standards with his unstoppable friendly approach.

Nick enjoys working with our team of IT experts and the abundant knowledge we have in many areas. He appreciates how we are willing to go above and beyond to assist customers and how this helps us stand out from others.

Outside of work, Nick is a devoted husband and father. Nick and Stacy have 2 wonderful children and 4 dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family, spoiling his dogs, reading stories written by novice writers, comics, and spending time with friends on the weekends.

Andrew Albee

Field Technician

Andrew Albee joined Need Computer Help in 2016. Andrew is one of our field technicians and services customers primarily in West Houston, Southwest Houston, and Downtown Houston. Andrew has been instrumental in the implementation and deployment of our Automate remote monitoring system.

Andrew enjoys Need Computer Help’s environment of cooperation which allows each and every employee to continue to grow and learn from each other in an upbeat and fast environment. He prides himself and his coworkers in providing our customers with the most honest experience possible.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband and father. Andrew and Michelle have 2 wonderful children. He enjoys helping his oldest with FFA and his youngest with video game programming. Andrew enjoys traveling, dining out, motorcycle riding, archery, and target shooting.

Robb Rolando

Helpdesk Technician

Robb Rolando joined Need Computer Help in 2015. Robb is one of our helpdesk technicians and services both cloud customers and managed services customers. Robb has a fantastic reputation with our customers for his responsiveness and willingness to solve problems for customers.

Robb enjoys Need Computer Help’s environment. Customers tell Robb that we take care of problems quickly and we don’t let issues slide. Robb prides himself and our company in putting issues in terms that customers can understand and explain to them why it is happening. Customers appreciate this.

Outside of work, Robb enjoys playing guitar and synthesizer. On the weekends, Robb likes going out for a beer with friends, shooting pool, throwing darts, or playing a round of golf. Robb is an avid Minnesota Vikings fan and football season is his favorite time of year – not only for watching football but this also means it starts cooling off in Houston.
