Why Can't I Receive Attachments From Anyone In Outlook Express?

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click On Tools
3. Click on Options
4. Click on the tab called Security
5. Uncheck the box that states "Do Not Allow Attachments to be saved or Opened that could potentially be a virus"
6. Then go back to my e-mail and the attachment will be visible.
